Refund and Return Policy
We go out of our way to verify your product will work as intended for years of trouble-free use. If an issue does arrive please contact us. The arcades can be repaired without ever having to move or ship them back to us.
- If the product needs to be returned the customer is responsible for return shipping to us. For arcades, it must be correctly crated using a pallet and foam/wrapping to protect it. Pay shipper for the insurance. Arcade must be in unused condition. No physical damage.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from 705Arcade. All issues can be resolved with troubleshooting over email, live chat, facebook chat. Please contact us with any issues.

The product must be new in unused condition
We do not offer any refunds for custom-made products as these are specifically made to the customer's taste or during custom arcade builds.
