🎮 Using the Built-In Arcade Controls
Each 705Arcade machine comes with commercial-grade joysticks, buttons, and trackball (depending on your build). Controls are set up to automatically work with thousands of games across all systems — from arcade classics to modern emulators.

🕹️ Connecting Extra Controllers
Want to play 4-player games or use Xbox/PlayStation-style controllers for systems like N64, Dreamcast, or Switch? You can easily connect USB or wireless controllers via the two USB ports on the machine.
- Use our front-end menu to temporarily disable arcade controls
- Plug in Xbox, PS4, 8BitDo, or other USB gamepads
- Controllers auto-map in most systems (we pre-configure the major ones)
- Great for modern 3D systems where dual sticks or triggers are required
💡 Tips & Troubleshooting
- If a controller isn’t working, a restart of the machine will 99% of the time fix this or it could be a setup issue with that emulator and its settings need to be changed
- Press both Player 1 Coin/Select and Player1/Start buttons at the same time to return to the main menu safely
