Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Important shipping and return information for custom arcade machines, pre-built cabinets, holsters, and mounts from 705Arcade.
Shipping is not included in the product price shown on the site. Custom arcade machines are final sale because they are made specifically for the buyer. Pre-built arcade machines, holsters, and mounts may be returned within 30 days when they meet the return conditions below.
Shipping
- Shipping is quoted separately. The product price shown on the site does not include shipping.
- Custom build payment is completed in full before the build starts.
- For an exact shipping quote before purchase, text 705-207-7452.
- Shipping can be paid once your build is complete and final delivery details are confirmed.
- Canada-wide shipping is available. 705Arcade ships across Ontario and throughout Canada.
- Local pickup may be available by appointment. Please text before coming by.
Custom Arcade Machines
- All custom-built arcade machines are final sale. Refunds and buyer-remorse returns are not offered on custom machines.
- Custom builds are made specifically for the buyer, including configuration, artwork, and build-specific options.
- Custom-build support is still available if an order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved order specifications.
- Please ask questions before ordering. If you need clarification on features, controls, shipping, or build details, text before purchase.
Pre-Built Machine Returns
- Pre-built arcade machines may be returned within 30 days of delivery when approved in advance by 705Arcade.
- The machine must be in original, undamaged condition with all included parts, accessories, and packaging when reasonably possible.
- Return freight is the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping, freight, delivery, and setup charges are not refundable unless required by law.
- Contact 705Arcade before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Holster And Mount Returns
- RS3 Reaper Pro holsters and arcade controller board mounts may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, undamaged, and returned with the included parts.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Contact 705Arcade before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged Or Problem Orders
- The customer must inspect the package at delivery and confirm with the shipper that there is no visible damage before accepting it.
- If there is visible shipping damage, note it with the shipper immediately and contact 705Arcade as soon as possible.
- If there is a problem with your order, support is still available. Text 705-207-7452 with your order details and the issue.
- This policy does not remove your normal consumer rights where required by law.
