Confirm The Details

Once you know the type of machine you want, we confirm the important details before anything moves forward.

• For custom builds: we go over layout, artwork direction, screen setup, controls, and major features.
• You tell us the theme you want, then our artist creates custom artwork for your machine based on that direction.
• The artwork is sent to you for review first, and changes can be made before anything is printed or installed.
• For ready-to-ship machines: we confirm the exact machine, current availability, and delivery or pickup plan.
• Shipping is quoted separately, so exact shipping can be confirmed before purchase.

Build, Prep, Or Reserve The Machine

From here, the process depends on whether your machine is custom or already finished.

• Custom builds move through planning, cabinet work, artwork install, setup, testing, and final tuning.
• Ready-to-ship units are checked, prepared, and made ready for pickup or shipping.
• Current project updates can be followed on the In Progress Builds page when available.

Complete Payment And Confirm Shipping

Before a custom build starts, the machine itself is paid in full. Shipping stays separate and is finalized once the machine is ready.

• Custom builds are paid in full before the build starts.
• Ready-to-ship machines are paid in full before they are released or shipped.
• Shipping is not included in the machine price and can be paid once the build is complete and final shipping details are confirmed.
• Pickup may be available by appointment if that works better for you.
